Fines in Kerala is going to increase drastically. Entering a stage where minimum fine amount is thousand rupees.Still now there is no much information about the rules or anything else.
Everything (almost) I know about this situation is included in the embedded YouTube video above. I believe this will definitely change the perspective of a common man towards traffic rules. Unless the officials doesn’t take this opportunity to utilize it well. Definitely there is going to have a wide variety of framed up cases from now on by the officials (as usual) to increase their income.
So, they should have valid proof to fine us. Like …If they are gonna fine me for not wearing a helmet, they should have a valid proof of me not wearing a helmet.
